I was thinking of buying one. I saw a really nice one in the store I was at. It was a vintage telecaster with cream coloured body, white pick guard and everything. It was like, $2,100.00 though, so that's right out. I was looking at another one which was white with a black PG. $300.00. Since I know the owner he said he'd give it to me at that price, tax free. I might get that one. I also saw an american made telecaster with cream body. I didn't really like the PG though, so if I get that one, I might just replace it. It was about $770.00, but Pete, the owner said I could get it for about $600.00. There's another good deal. But one that particularly captivated me was a fender Jazz master. it had kind of a paint. I can't really describe it. It was nice though. Made in Japan... It had a great sound and great feel to it. I must've spent half an hour fiddling around on it. Anyway, it was $999.00. The best deal I could get on it was a hundred bucks off.

I've been wanting to get a fender for a while now. They've got a great sound. I want a tele mostly because its so uncommon around here. People either have les Pauls, SG's, or strats. So, that's why I wanted to get a tele or a jag/jazzmaster.

I'm also waiting for new amps to come in. I was looking to get a louder one, because the one I have now is about 15 watts. Not very loud. My dad said he'd pay for the guitar and amp, but I gotta work it off. There's a very elaborate iron fence going around the front and left side of my property that needs to be re-painted black. My dad said that needed to be done, so I suspect I'll be doing that. I get the feeling he'll be making me do it whether I get the guitar or not, so I think I should get the guitar.
